2012 Rec Registration Form

Registration Fees are as Follows:
Registration Fee of $40 per player/$60 per family
Raffle Tickets for $20 per player
New Saratoga Miss Softball Fundraising Cards- $60 per player/$100 per family with 2 or more girls playing Saratoga Miss Rec Softball

Be sure to bring a COPY of the players birth certificate.  We will be keeping the copy for our records.

This year Saratoga Miss Softball is offering Fundraising Cards for $20 which can be used at 300,000 businesses nationwide. 
Please go online to print coupons or purchase discount tickets. 
Cards cannot be redeemed at store or theaters.
